Futility
Mia keeps trying to rally the family into organizing the
dirty silverware into utensil categories in the dishwasher, but it hasn’t caught
on yet.
I do this. It's so much easier to unload the dishwasher when you can grab a fistful of one kind of utensil, without having to divide up forks, spoons, knives and so on. It also eliminates the danger of accidentally grabbing/stabbing yourself with a knife - those sneaky knives are detained in a specific section where you know to tread carefully. Finally, it speeds up the process for those of us who hate dealing with silverware, whether cleaning or putting away. And I do mean hate! Mia can come live with me!
